Shipping Policy

We deliver coast-to-coast!!!

Greater Toronto / Golden Horseshoe Area

Excellent Choice Baskets offers local delivery in the GTA & Golden Horseshoe Area from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (Eastern Time).

If a recipient is not available, our gift basket may be left with reception, concierge, a neighbour or on the front porch of a residence (if the area is considered safe and authorized by the purchaser). Please note, if the area is deemed unsafe the basket will be returned and subject to a re-delivery fee.

Across Canada Monday-Friday. All orders placed before 12:30 pm will ship same day. Ontario & Quebec: 1-3 business days. Other Provinces and Territories: 4-7 business days. Other Delivery Info Large Orders – Please note multiple boxes delivered to a single location will be boxed together. Seasonal Orders – We encourage customers to place orders as early as possible during the festive season -Nov. and Dec. to ensure inventory and avoid limited options available. Special Instructions – Any special instruction with regards to delivery may delay your order. All special delivery instructions will require Excellent Choice Baskets to confirm all your details at checkout before your order is processed.

Return Policy

Damaged Baskets

Excellent Choice Baskets will immediately replace any gift that arrives damaged from our distribution center. All we require is you the customer notify us within 48 hours of receiving your gift and we will gladly provide a replacement basket.

Exchanges and Returns

In accordance with health and safety regulations, we are prohibited to exchange or accept returns on food products. However, non-perishable items can be exchanged at our office. Please note, all refunds will only be issued to the original basket purchaser and shipping charges are not refundable.

Undelivered Baskets / Gifts

On the rare occasion we attempt delivery and a gift is undeliverable, for example; if the basket is refused at the time of delivery, an incorrect address was provided, the order was missing detail and information, the recipient has moved location or the gift was considered not safe to leave unsigned for.

Under these circumstances, the basket will be returned to our office and the purchaser will be immediately notified.

-Please note a second delivery fee will be applied for delivery to be attempted a second time. -If the sender does not authorize Excellent Choice Baskets to reattempt delivery, the original cost of the basket minus 15% handling and restocking fees will be refunded to the purchaser. Please note, since the original delivery attempt was made, the delivery charge associated with the original order will not be refunded. -The purchaser has 30 days for redelivering the original basket order. If arrangements cannot be made over this timeline, the order will be considered withdrawn with no refund offered.
