We assure all our clients that we will never sell or share your information with third parties. Our staff will only have access to personal information required to perform their duties (delivery addresses, email forwarding and credit card processing). All sensitive client information will not be kept on file and access to any authorized customer detail will be restricted. Substitution Policy

As a forward-thinking Gift Basket supplier, Excellent Choice Baskets will strive to provide the gifts as presented in our catalog and web site. However, we will on occasion be required to adjust our basket items due to situations beyond our control. Examples include the discontinued item from a component supplier or the backorder delay of an item from a supplier. Therefore, Excellent Choice Baskets reserves the right to substitute any products for others of equal or greater value. Please note, any basket variation will be discussed with our customers prior to the order release to assure our clients that their expectations will be met with every basket shipped.

Food Safety Policy

All food items packaged in any basket will be individually wrapped, inspected for expiration and damage to ensure we maximize freshness and comply with current food safety standards.
